ALOO GOBI (CAULIFLOWER)
Ingredients :
( 1 cup ) Mezan oil
( 2 ) Chopped onions
( 4 ) Chopped tomatoes
( 12 kg ) Cauliflower (Phool Gobi)
( 1 cup ) Matar (pea)
( 2 cubes ) Potatoes
( 1 tsp ) Ginger paste
( 12 tsp ) Cumin seeds
( 2 large ) Cardamon
( 1 tsp ) Salt
( 1 tsp ) Red chili powder
( 12 tsp ) Turmeric powder
( 5 green ) Chilies
Green coriander leaves
Instruction: 1. Take a large pan, add olive and heat on the high flame.
2. Add chopped onions into the oil and fry it.
3. After onions get grown brown color then add cauliflower and peas into the onions.
4. Mix together.
5. Add one cup of water and cook for 5 minutes on the medium flame.
6. After 5 minutes, mix it.
7. Add tomatoes, green chilies, potatoes, taste to salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder and one cup of water.
8. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on the low flame of the stove.
9. After 10 minutes, mix everything and remove extra water from the cauliflower and separate the oil. 10. Add green coriander leaves and mix it.
11. Now, delicious aloo Gobi is ready to eat and enjoy with your family
