MOLTEN LAVA CAKE

                                     

INGREDIENTS 

( 1000 g ) Chocolate     
(  500   g ) Butter           
(  500   g )  Icing Sugar 
(  500   g ) All-Purpose Flour(Maida)
(  12 ) Eggs           
Directions
  1. Cut the Chocolate bar into small pieces and melt Chocolate and Butter in a bowl through a double boiler method.
  2. Mix Eggs and Icing Sugar thoroughly in a separate bowl.
  3. Now in another bowl put All-Purpose Flour and then add the mixture of Eggs and icing sugar in it, Mix it well.
  4. Now add the mixture of melted chocolate and butter in it and mix it well with the help of whisker and form a fine batter.
  5.  Now take the small size of molten lava moulds to grease them well with Butter and freeze that moulds in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes take them out from the freezer and coat them again now with all-purpose flour and then filled the moulds with batter.
  7. Now fill that moulds with molten Lava batter. Fill each cup with 130g batter 
  8. Preheat the oven at 300C  
  9. Bake them on 300'C for 8 minutes 
  10. Now sprinkle Icing Sugar for garnishing and decorate your plate with strawberry syrup to give its a wonderful fine plating look  Enjoy this wonderful Molten Lava Cake with your family
