CHICKEN PIZZA



CHICKEN PIZZA  




Ingredients: 
Pizza dough:  ( 2 cups )  Maida flour
( 1 )  Egg
( ½ tsp )  Salt
( 2 tsp )  Oil
( 3-4 tsp ) Milk
( 1 tsp )  Yeast
( 1 tsp ) Sugar
(  6-8 tsp ) Lukewarm water
Pizza filling ingredients:  ( ¼ kg ) Chicken (small pieces)
( 2 tsp )  Chopped onion
( ½ tsp ) Salt
( ½ tsp ) Chinese salt
(  2 tsp ) Oil
( ½ tsp ) Ginger garlic
( ½ tsp  )Black pepper powder
( ½ tsp ) Paprika powder
( 1 tsp )  Crushed red chili
( 3 ) Chopped green chilies
( ½ tsp ) Oregano
( ½ tsp ) Thyme
Coating mixture ingredients:  
( 1 )Capsicum (cut half capsicum lengthwise and chopped the other half)
( 1 )Tomato (cut half tomato lengthwise and chop the other half)
( 1 ) small Chopped onion
( 1 cup ) Pizza sauce
( ½ tsp ) Oregano
( ½ tsp ) Crushed red chilies
(  1 cup ) Mozzarella and cheddar cheese
( 2-3 tsp )  Oil
Method
Preparing dough:  


  • Add Maida flour to a bowl, make empty space in the middle.  
  • Add salt, yeast, sugar, egg, oil, milk, and warm water in the empty space and mix well. 
  • Knead and make the dough. 
  • Store in the kitchen near heat for a half-hour. 
  • Pizza dough is ready. 

Preparing pizza filling: 

  • Heat oil at low flame, add onion, and ginger garlic paste. Mix with a spoon.
  • Then add chicken, mix and cook at medium heat.
  • Add Chinese salt, black pepper, salt, green chilies, paprika powder, crushed red chilies, Thyme, and oregano, mix toughly and cook.
  • Check if the chicken is cooked, the filling is ready.
  • Remove on a plate.
Preparing pizza topping:
  • Grease pizza tray with oil.
  • Add dough and spread across the tray in the form of pizza.
  • Prick gently with a fork. 
  • Sprinkle onions and add chicken. 
  • Then add cheese, tomato chunks, chopped tomato, capsicum and green chilies. 
  • Then add oil and oregano.
  • Now bake pizza in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
